Shipping

We are packing & getting your orders out as fast as possible, however the delays in the postal system are out of our control. We really appreciate your patience during this time. If your order is urgent, please email BEFORE ordering so we can ensure you receive your order on time.

All prints are printed to order so please allow an additional 3 working days for these to arrive with us. If your order contains more than one product type, all items will ship together. Please break your order up into different orders if you require them sooner.

UK Shipping

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail or UPS

  • Standard Delivery for a single postcard is 95p (2 - 4 Business Days)
  • For order totals less than £9, shipping is £2.50 flat rate for Standard Delivery (2 - 4 Business Days)
  • For order totals that are £9+, shipping is £4.50 flat rate for Standard Delivery (2 - 4 Business Days) and
  • Express Delivery £5.00 (1 - 3 Business Days)
  • If you would like a signature upon delivery then these rates are £5.50 Standard Delivery and £6 Express Delivery.

OHVERLEE does not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. In the event of any order being returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order and any refund will be minus the original shipping costs.

EU Orders are currently restricted to Prints only. These are shipped directly from our EU Printer to a select number of EU Countries.

International Shipping to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, UAE and United States:

There are three rates of shipping to choose from when shopping from the above countries. Please make a note of the timescale for the rate of shipping you choose.

Economy International - 10 to 60 business days

Standard International - 3 to 17 business days

Express International - 2 to 11 business days

Economy and Standard International will have a parcel ID number but not full tracking and/or signature upon delivery.

Express International will either be shipped via Royal Mail or UPS. Please ensure a current contact number is completed at checkout as we pass this along to ensure the safe arrival of your order.

Once your order arrives in the destination country, it is passed onto your local courier service. The same tracking number applies.

Damaged Order

Your orders are packed well to arrive safely, however sometimes couriers don’t take as much care as we do. If this occurs, please take photos of your order and the original packaging.

Please email hello@ohverlee.com with the photos and any further details of how your order arrived to you and we can look into it further.
